This section introduces how to organize and manage your favorite IEEE Xplore resources, including creating research project folders and saving journals or magazines for quick access.
🗂️ Create a Research Project Folder
Organize your research literature efficiently by creating folders in your My Research Projects section.
Each folder can include tags, notes, and up to 1,000 articles, with a limit of 15 folders per account.
💡 HOW TO DO?
1️⃣ Log in to your IEEE Xplore personal account.
2️⃣ Navigate to My Settings → My Research Projects to access the project creation page.
3️⃣ Click Create New Folder, add a project name, and optionally include notes and tags.
4️⃣ When browsing or searching for papers, click the 🗂️ folder icon on the right side of an article to save it to a folder.
5️⃣ You can view all saved papers later under My Settings → My Research Projects.

💖 Save Favorite Journals and Magazines
Easily follow your frequently used journals and magazines for quick access and updates.
🧭 Steps
1️⃣ On a journal’s homepage, click “Add to My Favorites”.

2️⃣ Go to My Settings → My Favorites to manage your saved journals or magazines.

3️⃣ All your collected journals will appear in the My Favorite Journals & Magazines section on your homepage (requires login).
